About Pomelo Analytics

Our Mission

Pomelo Analytics starts from a simple observation: teams need to understand what happens on their websites, not manage another data factory.

An SME, SaaS company, or digital team should be able to answer practical questions quickly: where traffic comes from, which pages are gaining attention, which content drives useful actions, and which websites need work.

Pomelo exists to make that reading clearer, with web analytics that runs without analytics cookies by default, stays minimal by design, and is hosted in Europe.

What Pomelo Helps You Do

Pomelo helps teams track the essentials of web traffic across one or many websites, without turning audience measurement into a permanent technical project.

  • Essential measurement by default: traffic, sources, content, trends, and useful actions.
  • Minimal and documented collection: you know what is measured, why, and under which boundaries.
  • Multi-site control: several websites, several users, one readable workspace.
  • Optional advanced measurement: richer signals are enabled explicitly when they are needed.

Pomelo is opening access progressively. This phase lets us work with teams that want professional analytics that is simpler to run and easier to frame.

Our Principles

Useful measurement beats measuring everything. Most decisions do not need hundreds of dimensions. They need a few reliable indicators that are readable and comparable over time.

Collection should stay understandable. Privacy-first analytics should make its choices visible: collected data, excluded data, retention, measurement modes, and limits.

Compliance is not a slogan. Pomelo is designed to reduce the framing burden with measurement that runs without analytics cookies by default and explicit enrichments. Final compliance still depends on the full website context, its configuration, and other processing in place.

The product should stay readable for the whole team. Marketing, product, technical teams, and leadership should all be able to understand what is happening without needing an analytics specialist for every question.

Why “Pomelo”?

The pomelo is a citrus fruit that’s often overlooked. It’s bigger than a grapefruit, but sweeter and more subtle. It doesn’t try to impress; it brings something simple, fresh, and useful.

That is the spirit we want for the product: not the biggest tool on the market, not the flashiest one, but the one that helps you understand the essentials, nothing more and nothing less.
